If you have concerns about shipping delays or your tracking says it was delivered but you have not received your order, email us right away at email@example.com so that we can promptly investigate what happened. We review lost packages case by case. In the event that we've reviewed your case and find that it was lost / stolen we will reship the package or provide store credit if we are out of stock. We are not able to provide any refunds on lost or stolen packages. If you have a confirmed delivery and the package has not been received at your desired location signified on the order, we ask that you notify us within 14 business days.
